WORRY-FREE WITH A GARANT CONTRACT

Thomas Kelso is a busy man. In addition to running a farm, he is involved in the world of wind, and owns two Vestas wind turbines. As Thomas says: ‘It was a few years ago that I first came into contact with Rengineers. At the time, there were various options with regard to buying second-hand wind turbines from the Netherlands, Denmark, or Germany. Following a full refurbishment, the turbines would be made fully operational in Northern Ireland.’

The decision to install my own turbines was a relatively easy one. Particularly due to the excellent support provided by Rengineers – making a logical next step to also take out a Rengineers Garant Contract for both wind turbines following their commissioning.

Rengineers Garant Contract

The Guarantee-contract is an all-in contract that includes insurance, wear, and damages.

‘It was the perfect maintenance contract. Rengineers assumes all risks at a fixed, annual fee. All costs are included, even those of cranes, components (including those that are subject to wear). The contract essentially includes everything needed to ensure that the turbines deliver an optimum performance.

Rengineers even guarantees that, if a turbine should be out of commission for longer than 48 hours, we are compensated for any foregone income.

Local service organisation
