What we guarantee

The Garant Contract is a contract between Rengineers and yourself and makes us responsible for your wind turbine’s continuous productivity. Rengineers handles the risks while you earn the profits.
 
All maintenance at our expense
Every conceivable cost, such as damage, wear and tear or technical failure are at Rengineers’ expense – no matter whether or not they are under warranty.

Down-time
We will have your wind turbine up and running within 48 hours of any failure, whether it is a simple relay or replacement of a complete gear casing. If your repairs take longer, we will provide you with compensation for any lost income.
 
Maintenance, monitoring, service and insurance
Maximum availability and continuity are guaranteed under the Garant Contract, giving you full peace-of-mind. Service and maintenance are based on our four basic principles:
 

1. Periodic maintenance
   Preventative maintenance is the basis for continuity
2. Monitoring
   Continuous insight into your wind turbines from our control centre, with all important wind turbine parameters are available in real-time. Issues or causes for alarm are reported automatically.
3. Unique inventory of components and spare parts
   Rengineers has an unmatched inventory of spare components: from the smallest cables and filters to complete generators and gear boxes. Whatever part needs replacing, there is no need to wait for the supplier.
4. Insurance
   Our contract with our insurers allows us to insure your wind turbine against fire, theft, and outside interference. No need to worry about difficult issues and insurance discussions – we take care of things on your behalf.

In practice

Most users choose a Garant Contract as it offers the best possible coverage of unforeseen circumstances, with no risk but Rengineers offers more. Our B+ contract purely covers periodic maintenance although we will, of course, handle any repairs at extra cost.
